A unique building that constitutes a landmark in the urban landscape of Lima due to its large horizontal dimension, the simplicity of its line and its curvilinear geometry. A "horizontal skyscraper" in opposition to architectural towers that ended up mimicking the urban fabric of Lima, characterized by an increasing number of disparate vertical buildings in the middle of a low density area.

A building was formulated extensive in length, compact in its footprint, that liberates the ground, to maximize the green areas and places of informal learning. This strategy is enriched in the simplicity of the stroke, with a curvilinear geometry product of the existing configuration of the topography, with an overlapping jagged façade system, read according to the speed of the vehicle. A façade that changes its aspect with movement, resembling a great sculptural piece of kinetic art. A generous building with the city that welcomes it, providing a public urban atrium, a pedestal and a portal to an interior forest.
