The Tominé Regional Water Park aims to educate, enjoy, recognize and reconstruct the memory of water and the ecosystems of the place through the approach of 7 landscapes in which man and nature converge relating through symbiotic actions of different impacts, promoting new landscape, urban, architectural and social transformations.

We start from the contextual recognition of the site in which the project is located, understanding its historical condition, its territorial relationship, and the characteristics that define it morphologically and environmentally as a fundamental action before analyzing the proposed plan or generating any approach. From this valuation we find 3 essential situations for its understanding and enhancement:

First, the implementation of a measurable and optimal scale of intervention is fundamental to establishing an adequate relationship between man and landscape. Secondly, the landscape and morphological diversity of the territory is the basis for a proposal that involves the place and the human being, thus generating an ecological conscience on the management and respect of biodiversity. Finally, understanding the bodies of water as elements that structure the Tominé water valley is fundamental to bringing people back to the reservoir, establishing new types of relationships that help to enhance its value.
