Más que una biblioteca, se busca que sea una semilla de una gran centralidad urbana, que integre todos los edificios públicos colindantes en una misma franja urbana, abundante en espacio público y áreas verdes.
El volumen arquitectónico se plantea como una sumatoria de módulos arropada por una misma envolvente y articulada por patios internos, formando una secuencia de llenos y vacíos.
Un total de seis módulos similares en área y estructura, pero singulares en su tratamiento arquitectónico, se conectan a través de la piel externa y unifican la imagen del edificio sin perder las variaciones que existen entre ellos, pues cada módulo refleja la identidad del contenido que alberga en su interior.

More than a library, it is desired to be a seed of a great urban centrality that integrates all the adjacent public buildings in the same urban band, abundant in public spaces and green areas.
The architectural volume was thought as an addition of modules draped by the same envelope and articulated by internal courtyards, creating sequences of full and empty spaces.
A total of six modules, similar in area and structure, but unique in their architectural treatment They were connected through a external skin and unified the image of the building without losing the variations that exist between them.
The idea behind each module, was to reflect the identity of the content that each one was going to shelter inside.
